Land Requirements for Cavanna Homes

Cavanna Homes are the largest independent house builder in the South West.  We are based in Torquay and have a reputation for building fine homes throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset since 1923.

Our Land Department are always seeking potential development land, either with or without planning permission. We would very much like to hear from land owners or land agents with land to sell.

Please Note: We are currently only interested in land within a 2 hour driving distance of Torquay.
